Bosch's US GBA18V120 page expressly limits the 12Ah pack to PROFACTOR tools with BITURBO technology and excludes non-PROFACTOR tools. The general AMPShare platform label does not remove that model-specific restriction.
Read the exact battery page
GBA18V120 is an 18V CORE18V 12Ah pack. Bosch states the PROFACTOR-only tool restriction on the product page. The 18V label and AMPShare system identity must be read alongside this narrower statement.
Identify the tool's approved range
Check whether the exact tool is a Bosch PROFACTOR/BITURBO model and whether its manual or product page names the battery. A non-PROFACTOR Bosch 18V tool is not automatically approved for this pack.
Separate charging from tool use
The product page also describes Bosch 18V charger compatibility. Charger support is a separate directed question and cannot be used to override the pack's tool restriction.
